The following are a few pictures taken on 5 May from soon after I got up until before I went to bed. The day started out foggy.
The following are a few pictures of flowers and scenes from throughout the day. They are in the order that I shot them.
The following is a picture of the setting sun taken from our back porch.
And this one is a picture of the rising moon as seen from our front porch.
It was one of those rare days when the moon was full and closest to the earth and thus it was big and bright.
And thus ends another quiet day in Homewood at Plum Creek.

For a quiet day, I would say it was quite a productive one. Those photo’s are stunningly beautiful, I love the first one, it touched my soul, the split rail fencing and the haze reminded me of Maryland when we lived right on the Antietam Creek. My sunroom used to face the creek and the fence, we eventually lost the fence on the creek side during a flood one year, but brought back many memories. I love flowers and God’s sky, your other pics are wonderful. Your photo’s would make a beautiful coffee table book, hope you are keeping an album for your grand children.
