It was quiet in the house and while looking at the evening shadows, I remembered that in my early years of living at Homewood I had a project making simple pictures of objects and scenes within the house; but they weren’t processed like these. The next morning, I made some more.
For those interested in how I processed these, I made high contrast B&W images and then added David duChemin’s chocolate toning.
For those wondering why, I am constantly looking for ways to make new images. I just have an urge to find things to occupy myself with photography. Since I have photographed most everything close around where I live, I have had to look for details and different views of common objects.
