It was hot with lots of bright sun and I was taking my third walk of the day yesterday. I had no intention of making any pictures but I had my pocket TG-4 in my hip pocket so along the way I made these pictures.
When I got home, I was going to trash them but I first wanted to see how they responded to my latest preset. They surprised me. I have a fondness for dark images and I didn’t think these would work for that style, but they certainly did. I guess I need to carry that camera in a pocket and use it more often.
For those who are interested, I started with out-of-camera color jpegs. I then used LR to reduce the color saturation to zero, apply a low level of split toning, tweaked the tone curve slightly, and reduced the exposure and the black point.
