Focusing Closer

I am back to continuing my attempt to make images up closer.  I have the Olympus 45mm F1.8 lens but I have not been using it much since while being an effective 90mm focal length, it doesn’t focus as close as I would like.  This morning I put an Achromat Macro +5 conversion lens on the front of the 45mm lens and have been experimenting.  It enables me to focus closer and achieve a smaller depth of field.  These are un-cropped images that I made using this setup on the Olympus PEN-F camera.  So far it is looking to be a promising camera-lens combination for using the +5 conversion lens; but, I will still continue working with the + 5 macro lens on other lenses and cameras.
