Hanover Fire Museum
The Homewood at Plum Creek Men’s Group toured the Hanover Fire Museum. The retired firemen have done a great job with the museum and it is well worth your visit.
For me it was an exercise in trying out a different camera, the Panasonic LX10. I have been thinking about a more capable pocket camera and I used it to make all of these pictures … primarily since I thought I would need a wide-angle focal length and I wanted to see how it worked for these types of images. I initially thought that the lighting wouldn’t be good, and I was concerned about the LX10’s low light capabilities, but it turned out that the museum was brighter than most museums.
