Simplicity in Complexity
I also like to take complex subjects in nature and draw out the elements of simplicity within them. I quickly made these images from a pile of leaves that has blown in on our back porch.
My first thoughts were that I needed a macro lens to get close enough; but I am rethinking that idea. I have problems with finding the right macro camera-lens combination. I find that I can’t hold a lightweight macro combination steady enough, so I used my X-T2 and the 18-55mm lens to make these.
From a processing perspective, I would enjoy making these kinds of images all day, everyday … well at least until I got bored with them.
So stylish.
