A Swamp

These are images of a small pond which is a catch basin for street runoff.  I love listening to the frogs and watching both the frogs and snapping turtles.  It is nature at its best trying to clean up after mankind.

    Frogs…How I love them! We do not do turtles in the Uk at least not officially although I believe there are some dumped pet ones but they probably cannot survive cold winters.
