Another Smaller Step

One of my strategies for 2020 is to go smaller and lighter in hopes it will help minimize some of my physical issues with arthritis and my back.  Replacing all of my Fuji gear with the Olympus E-M5III was my first step and my most recent step was to acquire the Panasonic 14mm F2.5 pancake lens.  The lens is wide enough (effective 28mm), focuses fairly close, and makes a nice small package to carry in a small bag or jacket pocket.

The first picture shows the 14mm lens mounted on the E-M5III and the second shows my small calendar and a journal.  I was checking out the focal length and focusing distances as I made the second and last image.  The last is one of my gifts which is a large book of photographs of West Virginia as I held it in my lap.
