I made these on our evening walk.  It was like a ghost town.  Where were the other residents?  We only saw one other couple out walking their dog and it was only a little past 7pm and a blessedly cool nice evening after a hot day.

The surrounding thunderstorms had cooled down the air.  Later in the night we had lots of thunderstorms all around us.  It was really loud with bright flashes of lightning, and some hard rain.

I made these images with my smartphone and then downloaded them into LR to crop and tweak a little with my classic preset.
