I was experimenting when I made these at a shutter speed of 1/10 sec. It is a matter of trial and error in finding a shutter speed that works. All of these images were handheld with apertures between f/22 and f/40 (I need a ND filter).

Potential , certainly, for me, especially the cars, possibly with even slower shutter? Worth experimenting, you might hit on a world stopper.

Any slower shutter speed would likely require using a tripod for images where only a portion of the scene is moving … like the flag. I will try slower when panning.
