B&W with Small Sensors

Another avenue I am studying is the processing of images made with small sensors in B&W.  Above are a couple of images made with the TG-6 that I have been playing with as I alter my processing techniques a little.  I like them but it still comes down to finding suitable compositions with contrast, form, and textures.

In the back of my mind, I have this vision of using a small sensor pocket camera as an old man’s camera to make B&W images of what I see and deal with as I get older and feeble.  I want to get the camera and get very familiar with it before that happens.

I am assuming that my DSLR and maybe the X-Pro 3 might be too heavy and large for me to always carry around and use sometime in the future.
