It started snowing early when the temperature was right at freezing.  When it got on the ground it turned crunchy and icy.  The snow turned to rain as the temperature rose.

Expectations are for rain the rest of the morning and then turning colder, much colder, for the next few days.  I doubt that I will be out taking any pictures so this could be the end for awhile if I go into hibernation.
