It was dark, foggy, and dreary the day I took this picture from inside my car.
Not much happening here but it is warming up above freezing with lots of early and late fog.
Each morning the sun rises, but it was foggy and only 42 degrees F. this morning. When I run out of things to photograph, it usually means I haven’t gone out looking and I have lost my vision mojo. In cases like that I just grab a picture of the sky or look for unusual light.
I prefer simple images and often don’t use ones like these if I have something simple to use instead. But, I also sometimes have to remind myself that images like these are still pertinent to my blog since the purpose of my blog is to communicate to others what I see. My purpose in taking these pictures a few days ago was to capture and then show you the effects of the morning light as fall approaches and the landscape changes.
Just a few pictures that I took while out walking this morning before sunrise. It was a little cool and foggy so I grabbed the K-3 with the 18 – 135 mm WR lens. You have to look carefully at the last picture to see the Heron and ducks feeding in the pond at the edge.
I took a walk early between 6 and 6:30 am yesterday when it was foggy and humid after our evening rain.
Another, older, re-worked photo taken early on a cool foggy morning.
