Pentax K-3 III jpegs

During my walk yesterday, my goal was to just capture jpeg images straight from the K-3 III camera.  You can see the results above.  The only adjustments that I made in my computer were some crops … nothing else.  I think that they are very realistic colors and I like them.  They were made using the camera bright preset within the camera using the “P” mode and camera highlight-weighted exposures.

If this capability holds true at higher ISO settings in poor light, I may just save and use jpegs with this camera.  I have made some initial tests inside that indicate that this holds true enough at ISO 12800; but, I need to test that under more difficult lighting situations in the Omni room for activities with mixed lighting temperatures.
