Camera Situation

Shown above are pictures of my newest camera, the OM-5, with gaffers tape on it.  First I covered the flexible covers of the ports I don’t use since they were catching on my camera strap and/or clothing; so, I used the tape to keep them from getting pulled off.  Next, I used the tape to cover the missing cover of my thumb rest as a temporary fix.  I need to repair the missing thumb grip cover.

In the meanwhile, I am still experimenting with my photography as I decide what to do in the future relative to cameras, subject matter, and processing.  I would still like to simplify my photography but I am having trouble simplifying my photography and expressing my vision in my blog photography.

I used my TG-7 camera to make the above pictures.  The TG-7 camera is my simplest camera to use, but I still haven’t decided whether to use it as my walk-around camera rather than my OM-5 camera.
